A lot of what I learned today is too secret to end up on the internet (I like blogging but I like my job more ;-) )
Among other things I got into the old part of City Brewing and took some pictures:
Interesting to see the equipment the old German brewmasters brought in an what we are using today.It`s going to be very cold here tomorrow - snowing like crazy now already.

Da muss man nicht nach Wisconsin fliegen, da kann man auch nach Kloster Weltenburg radeln (jedenfalls von Regensburg aus). Da steht auch so eine Anlage :-)
Tja, La Crosse ist 5 Flugstunden entfernt und Regensburg 9 + Zugfahrt... Ausserdem bin ich hier fuer etwas weniger historische Brauereiprodukte ;-)
Wenn die weniger historischen Brauereiprodukte genau so gut schmecken, dann soll's egal sein!
